About this policy
This policy covers the PRO Appetit mobile app and its supporting services. PRO Appetit provides educational articles for parents and other adults. Please do not send identifying information about your children.
Information used by the app
A guest account receives a random account identifier. Version 2.0 uses guest accounts and does not offer Apple or Google sign-in. We store saved articles, likes, avocado balance, daily bonus claims, unlocked articles and subscription status. To validate purchases and prevent duplicate credits, the server processes store transaction identifiers and purchase confirmations. Apple and Google handle payment details; we do not receive your card number.
How information is used
We use this information to sign you in, keep your saved articles and purchase rights, provide the daily bonus, validate store purchases, prevent duplicate credits and handle support or deletion requests. Technical request and error information may be processed to operate and secure the service. PRO Appetit 2.0 does not use your information for targeted advertising.
Service providers
The app uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, stored app data, images and the application server. Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases and subscriptions. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate.
Account deletion and retention
You can request deletion from Profile in the app or through the account deletion page. Deletion removes the account, saved articles, likes, remaining avocados and unlocked article rights from our app services. An older account may require review because it can also be used by a previous app version. Minimal one-way transaction identifiers are retained without your app account ID or email to prevent an already credited purchase from being credited again. These records remain while the purchase validation service operates. Temporary deletion status records and operational logs may remain for their configured retention periods. Deleting an account does not cancel store subscription billing.
Your choices and contact
Version 2.0 uses a guest account without Apple or Google sign-in. Saved articles, avocado balance and unlocked articles belong to that account. Access may be lost if you change devices or lose the account. Contact support if you need help accessing or deleting your information. The support address appears below.
